WHERE ARE WE

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE CENTER?

We are in the middle of the greenery of the Village of the gnomes,
2 minutes by car from the center of Asiago, on top of a panoramic hill
with a wonderful lawn park all around.
You can reach Corso IV Novembre on foot or by bicycle through a panoramic path.

Summer 2022 upon your arrival at the hotel you will be offered a wide list of selected facilities, some affiliated with discounts 
where you can have lunch and dinner even with convenient continuous service.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?

You will have comfortable travel cots, safety rails, toilet pot, toilet seat, baby bath, high chairs, colored dishes. Stroller and child carrier backpack for rent by reservation . 

IS THERE ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN?

The actual animation with animator is on standby but ...
A wonderful amusement park awaits you with many games: trampolines, inflatable slides,  track with coin-operated electric cars, inflatable mountain, swings, football and volleyball field,  nature trail and the Magical Village of the Gnomes!!

After dinner in the Ludoteca you can enjoy many fun and relaxing films on the big screen and... munching on delicious hot popcorn You will feel just like at the cinema!

FROM WHAT AGE CAN CHILDREN STAY IN THE GAMES TAVERN?

All children can access it with the mandatory presence of a parent.

WHAT ACTIVITIES DO YOU HAVE FOR CHILDREN?

It will be a pleasure to recommend fun walks ideal for the family to do in freedom to discover educational farms, horse riding, beekeeping and mountain huts where you can also see and pet the animals: all the healthy mountain at 360 °!
Or by reservation,
with our professional guides you can participate in excursions already on the calendar or others that are 100% customizable just "tailor-made for you"!

In winter you can reach the Kaberlaba ski and toboggan slopes in a few minutes which are very close where you will also find excellent refreshment points to make the most of the most beautiful and hot hours of the day.

ARE THE PLAYGROUND AND THE GNOME VILLAGE SUBJECT TO CHARGES?

Yes! SO WE ADVISE YOU TO BOOK THE PACKAGE AT A GNOME PRICE AS BY CHOOSING THE BEST ROOMS YOU WILL HAVE FREE ENTRANCE TO THE PLAYGROUND AND GNOME VILLAGE AS WELL AS MANY OTHER USEFUL BENEFITS.

Breakfast is available from 8.00  to 10.00.
By reporting special needs, our staff will be happy to satisfy you.

DO YOU HAVE A LINE FOR CELIACS OR INTOLERANTS?

SUSPENDED SERVICE
We are used to not yet having a dedicated line, to find in collaboration with you among our dishes those compatible with your needs. If you wish, you can bring your own pasta from home that the cooks will take care and pleasure of cooking for you when forewarned the day before . For a better service, we recommend that you report your request in advance to the Reception and Dining Room.

HOW IS BREAKFAST?

You will find a rich buffet breakfast with delicious express coffee, fresh milk, cereals, homemade sweets, rustic black bread, delicious local cold cuts and cheeses,  yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants and many delicacies of the gnomes!

WHAT DO YOU OFFER AT THE SNACK BAR?

At the Snack Bar for the lunch break you will find to be enjoyed outdoors, in the garden, our delicious sandwiches, homemade pizza, salad, stuffed sandwiches, our homemade sweets ...

HEALTH CLUB

IS IT PAID?

Admission to the "Le coccole" wellness center is by reservation, for a fee. 
You will find an invigorating sauna, relaxing chromatic emotional showers, the salt cave, a gym, the relaxation bed area , a natural outdoor solarium.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE WELLNESS CENTER?

The Wellness Center is open every day from 4 to 7 pm.
For a better service, it is suggested to bring non-slip slippers, swimsuit, cap and bathrobe from home .

DO YOU HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?

In the hotel no but,
you will find an excellent one in Canove at 2,800 meters. from the Hotel.
Our Superior rooms, on the other hand, have a relaxing hydromassage shower  (free of charge) with the possibility of a Turkish bath that can be activated on request (for a fee).

CAN CHILDREN ENTER THE WELLNESS CENTER?

To ensure a moment of "pure relaxation", entrance to the Spa is reserved for adults.

The comfort room is the ideal solution for those who want the best and will pamper you with its warm mountain style in an environment of romantic atmosphere.

Welcome aperitif of the gnomes in the garden,
a bottle of water upon arrival in the room and a courtesy set.
You can admire a breathtaking view from your balcony, free wi-fi, fridge, satellite TV, safe and in most of the rooms, a shower with comfortable seat and whirlpool with the possibility of operating the Turkish bath for a fee.

When you wake up you will find a rich and genuine buffet breakfast : delicious coffee with fresh milk, homemade desserts, delicious local cold cuts and cheeses, fresh fruit and many other delicacies of the gnomes!

ECONOMY FRANCESINA

Reserved parking.

Intimate and welcoming with handcrafted furniture, it is very small but pretty, with a comfortable queen-size  bed (1.40 x 1.90 cm: without footboard) and has a panoramic balcony .

It has a beautiful bathroom and on 2 Superior floors a comfortable shower with seat and whirlpool (the Turkish bath can be operated for a fee).
Satellite TV, free wi-fi and safe.
It is the most advantageous and ideal solution for 1 adult who wants to sleep comfortably, or 1 adult plus 1 child or ... young couples.

When you wake up you will find a rich and genuine buffet breakfast: delicious coffee with fresh milk, homemade desserts, delicious local cold cuts and cheeses, fresh fruit and many other delicacies of the gnomes!

BASIC

 Reserved parking.

Our Basic solution is intimate and welcoming, with handcrafted furnishings:  it is small but pretty and has a small bathroom with shower (mobile bidet).
Satellite TV, free wi-fi.
It represents our most economical and ideal solution for those who do short periods.

Breakfast is practical and quick,  at the bar with a fragrant croissant and cappuccino.

WHAT WILL MY ROOM BE?

The photos of our sites or estimates are purely indicative.
There are 21 rooms, each different from the other: all very welcoming and with attention to detail.
The room number for logistical and organizational reasons, to guarantee a better service, will be assigned upon your arrival at the  hotel.

We have a large free parking reserved for accommodated guests.

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?

Sorry... We have just finished a renovation  that unfortunately limits us in acceptance.
For those who wish, there are two "Friends of the furry" who, after telephone contact for info/rates, host the puppies in their home.

For accounting reasons, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to accept the Holiday Bonus: for this reason we have activated excellent rates already directly discounted!

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

The reservation  is considered confirmed after sending a discounted deposit of €. 150.00.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION?

The new and facilitated conditions are being perfected to make them as ideal as possible for the current particular situation.

EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL?

For accounting reasons, there are no reductions/refunds for late arrival/early departure/unused meals.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE MADE?

The balance must be paid the evening before departure from 17.00 to 19.00.
